Could be. Depends on management. I think after the bind they were put in by short sellers they just went with the flow below 50 cents. They made themselves whole with cheap shares and hold the cards now.

I do not expect a buyout so soon. You do not hire a CFO and Controller immediately before you intend to unload. The CFO is gone or in an advisory role even before a buyout transaction is completed. They would have just continued with a consultant as they have in the past if a quick sale was the goal.

Hi Aleander 77,
I too expect at least $6 to $7/shr but not for buyout. I expect that to be the value of the stock as soon as insider information gets leaked about TLD. I'm expecting something to the tune of $50/shr for BuyOut. Probably a combination of cash at $30/shr and 1 for 4 shares of MRK at closing.
