Sorry about the confusion that my moniker can create. I am not an MD or Phd. I use the moniker as a sign of respect for those who have made the effort to achieve that status and have had multiple occasions to explain this on this board and another. I do have several in my extended family that are MDs or Phds and I share your respect and admiration for them, your children and many others out there like iwasadiver who are serving like soldiers on the front line of this war.
