I take it you have not seen the credentials of 4 of the major shareholders that started and funded the Private firm R/M with $MILVD, the 4 that I have seen, that own 55% of CCA, LLC according to the last 2016 SEC fillings, Mathias, and Yarburough (retired from Running Billion dollar Nasdaq firms, Cision and Carlyl, and Cision was just bought for Billions, and Carlyl manages over 200 Billion in investment funds), both public Nasdaq firms with much respect. Then we have a 28 page resume of a Professor, Dr. Fountain, with 131 Issued US patents and 180 devices sold world wide using his patents as a Founder, who assigned a 2013 patent application to the firm R/M with MILVD when he became a co-founder of the firm R/M with MILVD, said patent application published in 2016, showing it assigned to the firm R/M with MILVD. That 2016 Filling clearly shows the long term plans of the company, and the MILVD name change to NDT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Indicates the plan has not changed.
That leaves 10% shareholder Larry Kubin of Donnelly.... Note that Kubin and his firm were recommended by Mathias of the Carlyl group in a public document as a great place to raise $50 to $100 Mil dollars for businesses.
They all seem to be happy with James Hovis and their investment in CCA, LLC and the UPennMed JV research since 2013.
Just for the record, I may be underestimating MILVD potential, as I underestimated Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, and Paypal, but I did not underestimate the last .001 Biotech I loaded like a mad man in 2010 that is now $20/share, Tgtx, I can see MILVD going way higher than it did. I also did not underestimate Novartis when I bought the bottom in 2009, and I still own those shares. The 10 year dividend made those free shares now.
MILVD , IMHO is going shock the markets. Smart thing to do is be long and not short MILVD shares IMHO.
