a couple of points you missed, (1)if they sell the drug outside the US and the price is higher they can reset the market price, (2) it's voluntary, the company has to ask for it and (3) in our situation Amarin would take this in a heartbeat, with 70 plus % margins, clear market protection and zero litigation.
