Depends how much the Federal Circuit locks in the Judge. Also, there is a chance we would have a different judge on remand. But hopefully, they reverse and enter judgment without prolonged proceedings. Hopefully they are savvy enough with the granting of the motion for expedited appeal, that the parties need certainty of outcome so that they can conduct their businesses accordingly.
