Hi Sojourner,

In my opinion failure to PR data lock does not mean that NWBO is again kicking the can.

I believe that most companies don't PR the data lock times of their trials. As far as I know, NWBO has not made a commitment to announce data Lock. However, I see no reason to believe that data Lock will not be in force by the end of next week or that TLD will be delayed well past the beginning of July.

I also don't know what you mean by a failed rally. Are you perhaps implying that with perhaps only 5-7 weeks to go till TLD, the rally we just experienced will fail and the SP could then fall back to the .20-.25 range?
