Not one ounce of truth to that other than they cant be converted because there are no shares to allow them to convert. DUH. They also have a 120 - 145% penalty if paid in cash LMAO

Exactly... I believe the TPTW CEO even said on the investor call that the note holder has exhausted all share options.
