Many of the papers are theories.
Sometimes the theories are wrong, sometimes the drug do not actually can follow theory as their chemistry is different that expectation.
So they are meaningless till proven.

The PDD results will show if the Aura created around S1R receptor is valid or not and if the drug works or not.
We will see it in 2-3 weeks now
