I have not completely punted on filing a Disability complaint against her based upon these very grounds, with scientific evidence from scholarly journals to support exactly what you are saying. However, the ethics issue was lower hanging fruit, and I do not not want distract from the merits of that complaint, if the Judicial Council perceived it as "piling-on". That said, I still have not completely given up on the idea, and reserve the right to do so.
