The person behind the EmergentLlc Twitter account said they have no intent to do a RS. My guess is they just showed up to take possession of the dead ticker, and only wanted to sell it to some other entity that was look for a vehicle to go public. Whoever takes it, will be the ones who will do a reverse split. $ETEK
