Please share the link. My bet is the preferred share were converted to commons as well. 7B shares outstanding and no RS? That is laughable. The person behind the EmergentLlc Twitter account said they have no intent to do a RS. My guess is they just showed up to take possession of the dead ticker, and only wanted to sell it to some other entity that was look for a vehicle to go public. Whoever takes it, will be the ones who will do a reverse split. $ETEK
