Ok here's the deal. I've asked the same questions and don't waste your time. Read what u will and find out what u will. I think people here are investing on what the company will be and not what it is now.
Is it vodka? is it real estate? is it a future Cloud company? All I know is has gone up since the day I bought it and goes up all the time. Like "they" told me just buy it and enjoy the ride. I'm not all in, but a bunch. Good luck.

SBES is apart of Robert Xu’s Triangle Fusion of Chinese companies where he takes larger Chinese companies and mergers them into empty shell tickers in an effort to make them a public ally traded company in the American stock market. Xu is actively in the process of RMing 5 different stocks with large Chinese companies and Xu has 40 RMs under his belt so he knows what he is doing and the aim is to quickly uplist to the big boards which is a mandatory $2 - $4 requirement, so it is in our best interest to get on board with as many Xu stocks to utilize compound effect.
