and to be clear-- everyone has the same access on the filings. Though they haven't been updated for some time, the company has taken on NO additional debt and I have not authorized any issuance of shares (that email you sent me was BS and the TA will confirm-- they actually asked me if I had the actual email so they could work with the feds to trace the IP)
