Then why is Mark Newbauer doing anything, directing anyone, authorizing anything have to do with the company and it’s share structure ?

and to be clear-- everyone has the same access on the filings. Though they haven't been updated for some time, the company has taken on NO additional debt and I have not authorized any issuance of shares (that email you sent me was BS and the TA will confirm-- they actually asked me if I had the actual email so they could work with the feds to trace the IP)


IF THAT IS THE CASE, WHY IS MARK CLAIMING ANYTHING ABOUT CONTROLLING THE O/S ?

He resigned, or did they lie about that too ?

I can’t wait for the Feds to contact me...and the Discovery Process will be so much fun...

SO ON APRIL 10, THE COMPANY SAYS HE RESIGNED, YET ON MAY 20th, BY MARK’S OWN ADMISSION, HE IS IN CONTROL OF THE SHARE STRUCTURE.
