Yes and ironically neither the LDL or TG changes correlate with the huge clinical benefits seen in R-IT, ONLY the EPA levels (EPA/AA ratio) and that goes to pleiotropic EPA (Vascepa icsoapent ethyl) effects vis a vis lowering systemic inflammation (see JL post) altering membrane structure and thereby promoting anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombotic, and anti-atherogenic mechanisms...
