Oh boy. You should not be buying this stock. Educate yourself otherwise you are just lighting your money in fire. Raising the AS does not change your proportional interest in the company or the amount of shares you have. Only changes in the OS change your proportional interest in company - but not the amount of shares you hold. 10B AS allows them to issue more stock for convertible securities. Which will dilute your interest in the company and push price down. It’s the biggest red flag that this company plans on diluting incessantly.
