Pardon my ignorance. What is the company trying to accomplish by going from 1.9B to 10B shares? Is this a split or they are just adding shares? Can someone please clarify? Would this split send the share price tumbling down for someone to buy lots of it, pump the stock up and then dump it and collect millions of dollars? Another question, if I buy 2 shares when they add the extra shares would I end up with 10 shares total or would I still have the original 2? (that was just for simple math)
