My Express Script coverage is 90 days @ $56.00. PA required. Same as it has been for several years. Must be your plan. Contact your benefits manager.

Sponge,

Get the Vascepa savings card and the GoodRx Gold Card ($5.99 a month after the first month). Then go to a Costco pharmacy and price it. They'll use both coupon codes.

Tell them you don't have insurance and use the coupon.

You're being fleeced by your insurer - that BS about "too many people using it off label" is ridiculous - do they not know V now has the R-IT indication on label?!? Surely you do - why didn't you say that in response? The V coupon thing is also BS unless you're trying to use it retroactively - the pharmacy must honor it, assuming you're not on Medicare. Man, this pisses me off - that rep lied to you multiple times, just blew smoke up your ass and hoped you'd believe it and go away - I'd escalate this with your employer and insurer. Only problem I see is if your employer self-insures like my old company did, and *they* told the PBM they did not want V to be covered in the formulary anymore - in which case I'd be looking for a new job!
