New Huawei phones will not get Google & Apple’s contact tracing app


US companies were banned from doing business with Huawei last year which forced Chinese company to release new phones without Google services. This means users with newer Huawei phones will not be able to use the contact tracing app’ that Google & Apple are working on to prevent the spread of Covid-19. However, presumably, the older Huawei phones could still be able to make use of the app.
