There's a district court in TX they could have chosen to hear the trial?!? If true, they made a terrible decision to go to NV instead - TX is notorious for supporting business interests and patents - TX is where the patent trolls go to file all of their stupid ass patent violations, like the suit filed against Adam Corolla and his podcast. The same court ruled against AAPL and it's "patent violation" <spit> of a downloadable playlist for the iPod, cost AAPL $8M. A coalition of companies involved in digital media petitioned the USPTO to invalidate the podcasting patent, won, and the TX CAFC sided with the USPTO when the troll appealed the decision - have no idea if the people they extorted money from got their money back.
