Dr. Reddy is collecting settlement remuneration from previous quarter or yearly “collectibles”, earlier than the May 4 settlement (noted at page vii of Amarin’s brief in this case) between Amarin and Dr. Reddy in a “related case”. What case is that? Is the noted related case now this case, as far as A and R are concerned?
We may know more, once we see further briefs(if any) filed by appellees in June, per brief filing schedule. I have not looked at SEC filings of any party in this case since May 4.
