Could you provide the board with some verifying information regarding the test results or the evaluator? The lack of information confirming the claims of the company has been even more troubling than the confirmed details of Patrick Downs' past.
Also, how are you able to state that the SEC is not investigating IDS? It is my understanding that they will not confirm or deny the existance of any formal investigation. I have not claimed that a formal investigation is underway and if I have implied that I aplogize. I have said that the SEC is "looking into" IDS. The difference in the terms may be semantical, but the fact remains that IDS is very much on the radar of the SEC.
As for the speculation that he has left town, that is the nature of the message boards. I caution anyone to put any confidence in what is posted by an anonymous person. This would apply to your posts as well as my own. That is why I try to include links to verify anything I post as fact. I encourage you to do the same.
Thanks for confirming what I had suspected regarding his health. I asked more out of morbid curiousity than any need for the information. I am unfortunately quite familiar with the ravages of cancer. I wouldn't wish it on anyone, although Patrick Downs comes close. I have made no attempt hide my disdain for the man. He is truly one of the most dispicable people I have ever been involved with and he deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail.
