Known Fact that Roger Promised Rogen Chhabra shares of FUNN once 4 Cafe's were[no hard deadline either] built.

Maybe Roger has already issued Rogen some of His Preferred shares[Only insiders know] to insure these Cafe's get built.....after all We are at.... or near the end of this Pandemic..
