Between February - April 2019: Arthur Douglas Smitherman added as President. Status changed to active at the same time.

Between August - October 2019: Arthur Douglas Smitherman removed.





Currently no active officers and owner is unknown.

Is Smitherman still involved?

Did he buy the shell and then find out the SS is too screwed up to fix, and then abandon it?

Is MNZO still tied up in the SEC's fraud case involving Ken Manzo and the 981 million fake shares, and therefore unable to be sold as a clean shell?





Is there any good reason the SEC hasn't revoked this POS?
