Not when the revenue streams are different.
Speacilty's is based solely in baking their own items, warehousing their own supply chain of ingredients at large scale, and adding cogs to create goods and selling them direct for more take out than eat in.
Snakes doesn't mass ingredient supply chain, most the food is eaten on site and localized supply chain, they bring in more revenues with margins on drinks and collect game fees, plus the sell games and have revenues from distribution and fulfillment. Specialities has none of that. More labor per store for handling the food, based on overall to go food experience.
Snakes is based on an experience, it is a DESTINATION Specialty's is based on togo food orders, it is a CONVIENENCE.
Not the same outside of 'retail' otherwise go ahead and compare to Starbucks, which ISNT folding. So again, comparison is NOT apples to apples
