This is not an excuse for them..
I do know that loan docs for commercial loans can take alittle while to finalize. But there is no reason not to have them done and complete within 1 to 1.5 weeks if the loan agent is competent. How they are doing the docs..I don't know, but like everyone else, I am eagerly awaiting the details.
