I know a little about loans and I know there can be snags. I also know that who ever is buying all of this cement for what ever project they are working on, should be able to get a bank letter based on their ability to repay, prior to the actual loan. Of course it is only speculation that they, the buyer is taking a loan. We really do not know what is meant by the statement in the PR. It could mean something as simple as a draw on a current construction loan. Once again speculation and we just have to wait and see.
