106c was Derivative Technology created outside the CIP window (of which Apple chose to not extend beyond 02/2016)

Furthermore, Apple chose to abandon the ROFR of such technology by 02/2018.

On Eontec PLA front, 106c fits within section 5.2 (ii) of being “Derivative Technologies” which will be jointly owned by both Eontec and LQMT but shall be included as Licensed Technology Information.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, LiquidMetal Trademark shall be owned exclusively by LQMT
