When asked about a submission of the SpinDx marijuana breathalyzer by the end of this year, Wayne's response was unlikely but not impossible.

The question you need to ask yourself is are you willing to sit on dead money for the next 2 years to possibly get rewarded with a 20-30x times investment?

They did acknowledge that they are working with other organizations to look into a breath/breathalyzer test for Covid. That's got some promise if they actually follow through. Maybe that could see some action by the end of the year but we may just be sitting on dead money for another year or two.
