I will initiate a formal Complaint, the core of which is my memo published here last night. The Complaint will conform to their requested format. It will be narrowly focused on the "fish oil" remark in the Nevada Lawyer, as violative of Canon 3A(6).

After I file, I will post it verbatim here, and anyone who wants, can email me for a PDF copy plus the Exhibits. Then at the point, anyone who wishes is free to send in their own letter in support. Just make sure to focus on the narrow issue that Judge Du's remark denigrates the public confidence in her impartiality, which is the issue addressed by Canon 3A(6), as well as Canon 2.

This is NOT the forum to lament the absurdity of her decision, or her liberalism, or anything of that sort. Such claims would be counterproductive. That is Singer's forum. If we stay focused and support each other, we have a real shot at making a strong statement with the potential of producing tangible and intangible benefits for our cause.
