We get this..the point here is that Marine patents were granted by USPTO to Amrn on the basis of not just lowering high TG's but also because in the preponderance weighing of primary and secondary considerations of obviousness, the ability to lower TG's without increasing LDL was considered unique and hitherto unrecognized to a POSA,...hence the debate and law suit...I am surprised anyone would just say that well TG lowering is all its about when TG>500 and nothing else matters...even though Du blissfully ignored it
