wwalker3, sorry for the late reply...family matters for today. I must agree with NotRichYet2.."DOA" is a good description. I believe that lawsuit to be frivolous and does not much matter to the partners/buyers whom I believe are already lined up waiting for the FEIS & ROD. The next couple of months shall be most interesting...good Luck to you sir!
