Yep, the patient makeup of the top 100 can change, switching some patients out of the top 100 for others that outlive them. I think that may be in part why the 2018 data improved so much. How many months were there between 2017 and 2018 data collection? If exactly 12 months had passed between data collections, then the mOS increased 18 months in a 12 month span -- 40.4 to 58.4 months! That's impressive and tells me either the later patients enrolled in the trial are outliving and pushing prior top 100 patients out of that club, or those already in the top 100 refuse to die and keep pushing that mOS higher.

As long as there are more than 50 patients in the top 100 still alive, this mOS for the top 100 is not yet set in stone and will keep going UP over time. I also think as long as there is 1 or more patients that are not currently in the top 100 still alive, they can also change that mOS for the top 100 if they displace other lesser lived patients that were in the top 100.

I wonder if there was a 2019 data collection? At least there is a 2020 data collection because we know data-lock that has happened or is happening right now. Perhaps 6 or 7 weeks to go until top line data is PUBLISHED for all to see.
