You have to assume that’s a real possibility!

While the message sent by a bunch of strong pro-Amarin amicus filings would a positive one, I have not ruled out the possibility that Singer has told potential amicus to stand down, because he wants to be the only voice on the issue.

I am not saying this is likely, as I personally believe multiple strong amicus filers is optimum, I would not be apoplectic if there are no amicus filers either, as we need to have confidence in the strength of Singer's presentation.
