The R/S is a distraction because they just had a R/S DEC 2019 five months ago, and no company r/s with only 150m shares, maybe 5 billion shares, and why mention a R/S a year early?

It would make it more appealing to a prospective buyer, coming in w a much better SS and not being the one to blame initiating such. If that is what they are planning for this, it may actually work better for shareholders.
