Laughable. A reverse split here will not work just like the last two. The company is broke, debt ridden and are just doing this to stay current, paying off the debt so they don't lose their filing status and patents. all paid for by dilution and shareholders. Imagine private companies being able to print free money in shares like POS pinkies do. All legal and a license to steal. There will be no merger. I am now convinced.
