My own thinking on the processes involved with S1R regen/restore w/CNS cellular homeostasis, as detailed by papers and previous results is as follows. Each patient will begin some rebuilding of their CNS. This process will be unique to each individual which will manifest by changes, some systems & some patients faster, more comprehensive than others.

The key thinking w/precision medicine is the capability to critically measure and record factual evidence on each patient. Some move the needle a lot others not, but they all each move their respective CNS needle. The old days of one or zero are gone. All will get some, some will get all. How these results will be reported-summarized is where I get puzzled. Sure, someone has the pass/fail button according to the dark old days but those days are gone. We must think differently on this. This has never been done.

So, for me, each patient getting better, moving their respective needles is good enough and is a win. It is going to be interesting to see how the restore-regen thesis is reported. Since restoring and regeneration of the CNS key functions has never been done before even a little change will be/is miraculous.

So, it will be great if everyone comes out tap dancing and able to do normal human functions, I guess that is what restoring means. The bottom line is you must be right. The goal of CNS Homeostasis restoration and regeneration. W/PDD that should be easily detectable and easily measured, particularly with muscle-motion control. I have the sense we have a long way to go w/this concept of restoration and regeneration of the entire CNS, particularly in figuring out how to measure that success.

When this is all proven to work it should be recognized as a miracle or maybe many, many divine individual miracles. My sense as is your that this is meant to be and as in all Bio-stock is a leap of faith

Agree then, the AVXL-clinical staff knows what they are seeing and measuring has never been done before and should be taken as validation of the concept that CNS cellular homeostasis has been proven to be true. There can be no other explanation.
