The pattern of dilution has continued and will continue. As the PPS plummets, more and more dilution is necessary to obtain the same dollar amount. This is a company that has never turned a profit, and so needs dilution to keep the lights on. There is a high chance that this means there will be an R/S in the future. Denying all this doesn't sound particularly objective to me.
