I guess I didn’t realize or forgot they actually got cash. Probably Not good for all the employees of sound concepts that have been with the company for years and possibly were given stock in lieu of cash.
The cash flow positive comments feel like active deceit at this point several quarters later when it’s now clear that there was absolutely no basis for such a prediction.
