I was wondering why I had no fills on any of the Grey stocks I was looking at lol. That was smart of you to call the Market Makers. I've always called the companies and the transfer agents. I never thought to call the big dogs.

When it says Transfer Agent Verified. The O.S. share count could be wrong. It just means the OTC Markets verified they were the T.A. If the company does not pay transfer agent fees every year, The T.A. doesn't have to update the share count. The only way it would get updated if the company called them and if they pay their fees. So some of these old grey stocks might have different share count in reality.

Another good way is to look at the history off all the trades going back 10 or 20 yrs.

Does anyone have a clue as to why some stocks go to the Expert Market and some just end up on the pinks? Is it because they were suspended or they have a C.E?
