Interesting, when i did my DD on this company before taking a position i noticed that the qt(10q) and annual(10k)are consistent with an NT filing. so for those that think this is concerning you should go back and review the SEC docs as Alpine does this in a consistent way. oh wait we are in the pennies so forget what i said about DD before taking a position:)

It’s because their accounting firm is shut down. It’s not a big deal, it’s evening happening with many big board stocks.

IMO this sell off was a massive overreaction and will correct itself soon
