Question: if the situation is as grim as you portray then why is ABCO hiring technicians and installers?

The problem with the company is that they have a flawed business plan. Instead of growing the company slowly they decided to take out toxic loans to further the process of growing the company rapidly. ABCO has been in business since 2008 and they still do not have a business relationship with a bank. That alone shows the ineptness of ABCO management. The sales force and the CEO have to be replaced by skilled business people who know how to move the company forward correctly. With the virus impacting solar sales and the average temperature in Tuscon at 88 degrees they should be making a massive effort to build up their HVAC footprint. Also in one of their press releases they claimed to have done $425,000 in HVAC work. Let's see if those numbers are reflected in the financials.
