Years ago, I would have thought that was a bad thing, but today I look at the interest rate they pay savers, and see a lot less wrong with spending. Anyway, their collective buying power could do the transaction, and today's interest rates would work in their favor.

To be honest, JCP is nice to their employees from the looks of it. If the employees use their discounts right their merch is damn near free

Look up their employee discount policy, 20% to start, 30% if you’re a star employee.
An additional 25-30% if you use the JCP credit card.
I forgot to mention these discounts work on sales and clearance merchandise .

They can use coupons on top of all that ??. They aren’t broke, that’s for sure
