I just saw the numbers. Holy crap, that is unbelievable. There is zero justification for those 2 taking 50% of the company revenue for themselves, the height of arrogance. The BOD still works for the shareholders, I'd bet there's provisions in the corporate charter for the shareholders to rise up and tell the board to fix that outrageous BS.
