I use TDAm. I asked using the online message center and got this reply:

Unfortunately, TD Ameritrade does not advise shareholders on whether or not to participate in the class action, nor do we assist with any paperwork. All questions should be directed to the law firm in charge of the litigation. Monthly statements are generally acceptable form of proof of ownership and are available on our website. Please navigate to My Account > History and Statements > Statements if you would like to provide proof of ownership for the litigation.

What does that mean?
