This is exactly my point. The fear of reverse splits and perception it’s “bad”.

Maybe Bunka and company are trying to get rid of penny stock shareholders and get more stronger hands.


Again I’m against a reverse split.

But it doesn’t change how much you own of the company.

If it’s a forgone conclusion this will come all the way back down why not sell now and not be involved?



89 million shares let’s say 1-30 arguments sake. Brings it down to 2.9m outstanding and insiders would own around 700k.

He needs to have a commitment that he’s got another 700k that institutions other investors are going to be in market after split to be buying.

One thing I’m 100% sure of this message board will be very entertaining as we get closer to it!!!!


This company will succeed or fail based on if their technology works and if they can monetize it.

Two big ifs but I’m invested because I believe in the technology and see this being worth a lot more than the current 20 million market cap.
