And value of restriction is so arbitrary . If they say that they are blinded , then they don’t know what the results will be , so they can’t assume positive value to restriction . And moreover as you said one who is restricted can control the timing of TLD . It is absolutely absurd , and to say it very generously , at the best in grey area .
