I don't think that's why Amarin is tight lipped. It's not like these internet articles for other indications are secret knowledge. Amarin's suppliers know who is growing the market, know who feeds them, and which hand they really don't wanna bite.

Amarin is maybe--nay, likely!--trying not to piss off the SEC and/or the FDA.
