CommScope wins injunction, more damages in Dali patent fight

CommScope (NASDAQ:COMM) has won an injunction and enhanced damages in its patent fight with Dali Wireless, it says.
That follows a previous jury ruling that determined Dali willfully infringed five patents covering digital distributed antenna systems.
That now warrants an injunction against the infringing products for the life of the patents, the court determined. The last-to-expire of the asserted patents extends to 2026.
It also trebled damages to $6M from $2M.
The remedies are stayed pending an appeal.
