#10610 RE: Susie924 #10609

So.....there it was. The end to what I'd consider the best overall Survivor season ever. For the first time, there was no way to predict the winner. The Jury (other than perhaps Jeremy), seemed totally to vote on merit. Usually you'll have a few grudge votes, but these people seemed to respect the game.
As for the vote. I was rooting for Natalie to win, but totally understood Tony winning it.
To say Natalie was undeserving because she was out of the game was wrong. She probably played a much tougher game on Extinction Island and there were fewer rewards there. Her big victory was peanut butter, not a steak dinner with drinks. Being, she was the first one voted out, it was tough for her to argue her social game as she never got the chance to have one, but obviously did after being voted out.
I'd say for Rob to not give her a vote because she didn't go head to head in fire building is a crock. He's saying, you didn't play it my way so you're not worthy. Had she gone to the fire challenge and lost, she would have been slammed for it. However, I think she made a mistake in not putting Tony up against Michele. Besides the fact Michele might have beat him, had the third person been Sarah instead of Michele, the votes may have been split between the two. Sarah started her campaign in that last episode which I thought was very unfair.
And of course, once again, men must apologize for being men.
As for Tony, he was dominating the game. He was correct on every call, but didn't push it, even though it could have cost him with Ben and Sarah. It is easy enough to say, he played the game far better than everyone else. I don't like him, but man he plays tough.
Michele, I really thought she'd get 2 votes. Can't believe her Ex Wendell didn't even throw a vote her way. Her argument that the time she won got no respect, but this time she deserved to be there was bunk. Most of the game, she had no clue what was going on. I do give her credit for winning a couple challenges at the end though.
I don't understand why Sarah voted for Ben, even with his permission. Had they taken a shot on Michele, or Natalie, they had a 50/50 shot. Why just vote for Ben?
